Detectives said Lloyd advertised his business to Bahamians, claiming his company purchases and ships vehicles from the U.S. to the Bahamas.
After coming to an agreement with customers, he would email a contract with his company letterhead and provide his bank account number. The customers would then wire him the money to ship the vehicle.

When the customers questioned why the vehicle was never delivered, Lloyd lied to them, stating there were complications with the vehicles and he needed more time to get them delivered, according to detectives.
The victims never received their vehicles and Lloyd never returned their money, detectives said.
Between December 2020 and May 2021, detectives said Lloyd defrauded victims of more than $31,000. One victim provided a $13,000 deposit for a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 SLV 4X4 CR LTZ and the second victim gave him a deposit of $18,000 to purchase a 1992 International Dump Truck.
As a result of their investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Lloyd for organized fraud.
Detectives believe there may be other victims.
Anyone with information regarding Lloyd's whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online or send a mobile tip using the free Florida Crime Stoppers mobile application.
