They will meet local Arthritis Foundation dignitaries, hear a story or two and celebrate the progress of the Tampa Bay region in providing support for the more than 800,000 Tampa Bay area residents with this disease.

“Our organization and volunteers love to have fun while helping others," said Dr. Gina Schell, Arthritis Foundation Tampa board chairwoman. "This kind of event captures that spirit. We should always enjoy ourselves while supporting a nonprofit and the Arthritis Foundation is that organization for my family. I was diagnosed with systemic lupus in 2010, and two years later our daughter Sophia was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. So, you can see Soiree by the Bay is close to my heart and a great time to celebrate with friends, old and new.”
