Welcome! The pineapple on the address plaque is the Southern symbol of welcoming. You will see the pineapple used throughout the home.

Bevolo carriage lights contrast Sherwin Williams Moody Blue garage doors.
Sherwin Williams Moody Blue is also used on the shutters on the front and rear elevations. This inspired the color palette used on the front porch furnishings.
Detailed railing in an "X" pattern screams West Indies Style. These railings are similarly used on the front and rear elevations of the home.
