Southwest Airlines Offers Cheap Flights From Tampa International

TAMPA, FL — If you want to spend the fall and winter somewhere else, now is the perfect time to book a flight and save some serious coin in a Southwest airlines sale that offers one-way fares as low as $49. But you’ll have to book fares from Tampa soon. The sale ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Southwest is offering the following cheap flights from Tampa:

• Tampa to Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina: $49
• Tampa to Atlanta: $79
• Tampa to Hartford, Connecticut: $96
• Tampa to Pittsburgh: $100
• Tampa to Philadelphia: $108
• Tampa to Memphis, Tennessee: $108
• Tampa to Indianapolis, Indiana: $109
• Tampa to Nassau, Bahamas: $113
• Tampa to Havana, Cuba: $116
• Tampa to Washington, D.C.: $118
• Tampa to Cancun, Mexico: $158

The low fares apply to continental U.S. travel from Sept. 24 to March 4, 2020, in most areas. Exceptions are John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California, where travel must be completed from Jan. 7–March 4, 2020; inter-island travel in Hawaii; and travel to and from Puerto Rico. Fares do not apply to continental U.S. travel to and from the Hawaiian Islands.

International flights must be taken from Sept. 24–Dec. 11, or from Jan. 7–March, 2020.

Some dates have been blacked out for continental U.S. travel around the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
