Tampa Motorist Drives Head-On Into Pole On Habana Avenue
The man is listed in serious condition.

TAMPA, FL - A motorist is in serious condition today after hitting a pole head-on along Habana Avenue in Tampa, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Andrew Bruno, 52, of Tampa, was behind the wheel of his 2007 Toyota Corolla at 8:48 a.m. driving southbound on Habana when he apparently drifted to the west and struck a metal TECO pole head-on, just before the intersection of Ralston Beach Circle, deputies said, adding that there were no skid or tire marks prior to the crash.
Bruno was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in serious condition. His next of kin were notified, the department said.
