The Culinary Institute of America-trained Chef Paul Daubert created the Nueva Cantina Central Mexico-based menu featuring authentic dishes with a slightly contemporary twist.
Nueva Cantina South Tampa has also debuted branded gourmet hot sauces bottled by St. Petersburg-based purveyor Reva Foods. Spetrini wanted to give diners an opportunity to enjoy the spicy and savory flavors of âThat Mexican Placeâ in the comfort of their own homes.
