Tampa Police Investigate Death Of 2 People On Alfred Street

TAMPA, FL -- Tampa Police are investigating the deaths of two people in the 300 block of Alfred Street in the Riverside Heights neighborhood of west Tampa.

The call came in at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30. The shooting deaths appear to be the result of a murder-suicide.

Killed were Tamara Harris, 62, and James Firment, 56. Both lived at the same address on Alfred Street.

From the evidence, it appears that Harris shot Firment and then took her own life. At this time there is no clear motive for the deaths.
