TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay United soccer club’s under-14 ECNL boys team qualified for the Elite Clubs National League Playoffs in San Diego, California, in June.

The ECNL is one of the top youth soccer leagues in the United States, founded upon a commitment to “raise the game,” improving the experience of players, coaches, clubs and the environment in which they develop. The ECNL Playoffs in California will bring together some of the top youth soccer teams in the U13 to U19 age groups from across the nation for a weeklong competition.

TBU’s U14 Boys team consists of 13- and 14-year old boys from the Tampa Bay area. It is the youngest team at TBU to qualify for the ECNL event.
