Tampa's Military Scene Gets CBS Spotlight
'Four Stars' will reportedly be a family military drama based in Tampa.
TAMPA, FL — As the home of U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations, Tampa’s MacDill Air Force Base is no stranger to the public spotlight.
That spotlight is about to shine a little brighter courtesy of CBS’ decision to move forward with a pilot for a military family drama based in Tampa. The show, “Four Stars,” will reportedly focus on the stories of two rival families in Tampa’s military community “who make decisions at the highest levels in the interest of national security,” Variety reported.
How soon the show might hit the air or who will star in it remains unclear. The production has yet to receive its own listing on IMDb.com.
