The Maniecki Pro Team at Keller Williams Realty South Tampa is excited to announce substantial growth in their team in 2013.
The Maniecki Pro Team has added two new partners to the team, Deanna Aull and Bill Mathews. The team is now comprised of six Real Estate partners and three administrative staff, including an Executive Assistant/ Closing Coordinator, a Lead Generator/ Online Marketing Director and a Listing/ Marketing Manager. The team’s growth has contributed to the increase in listing volume and closings.
The Maniecki Pro Team closed 26% more contracts in 2013. This is remarkable growth for Real Estate in the Tampa Bay area, after years of struggle in the housing market. “I’m ecstatic to see the housing market on the rise for the for-seeable future,” states Jason Maniecki, CEO of The Maniecki Pro Team.
