TAMPA, FL — Over the last four months Tampa Bay Food Tours has visited True Food Kitchen Tampa often. We love the convenient location, the philosophy behind the business and mostly the food.

Much has been written about True Food Kitchen's background and I encourage you to do a little research to learn more. Dining here is an education in eating healthier for all of us.

The covered patio opens to the commons courtyard of the Midtown Tampa mixed-use district. It is a lively area featuring interesting art and space for children to burn off steam in view.

The interior is a bustling space with an open kitchen. All food is prepared fresh and the only thing they use a freezer for is the vegan and gluten-free ice cream.

The cocktail menu is unique and creative and it is tough to choose just one.
