Waterscapes Pools & Spas makes waves in 2015

Waterscapes Pools & Spas (WaterscapesPools.com), one of southwest Florida’s largest residential and commercial pool builders and a subsidiary company of Neal Communities, is on target to increase its sales by 40 percent in 2015.

With sales outpacing projections, Waterscapes President John Collier expects to sell 445 pools this year, compared to 320 sold in 2014. Traditionally, Waterscapes built all pools for parent company Neal Communities’ homeowners but expanding to working with other homebuilders and private residents has greatly increased its market share over the past two years.

“A fast-growing portion of our business is the retail pool market or homeowners adding pools and spas to existing homes,” says Collier. “We expect to almost double our retail pool sales from last year, due to expansion into Hillsborough, Pasco, Lee and Collier counties.”

With its main pool design studio located in Lakewood Ranch, the pool construction company is also expanding with a second design gallery location in Lee County later this year.

Collier credits technology, top-notch customer service and a strong referral network for the firm’s record-breaking success.

In addition to residential pools, Waterscapes also builds commercial pools and has completed projects in Lee, Sarasota and Manatee Counties. This fall, Waterscapes will begin construction on the resort-style residents’ center pool at Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch.
