Weekend Weather: What to Expect

Tampa Bay area residents with big outdoor plans this weekend should love the forecast. Those hoping to pull out their sweaters, however, might be out of luck.

The National Weather Service forecasts another balmy weekend ahead. The good news is that rain isn’t in the picture.

Here’s a look at what forecasters anticipate:

Friday

• High – Around 80 degrees
• Low – Low 60s
• Rain chances – The forecast calls for a sunny day and a mostly clear night.

Saturday

• High – Around 82
• Low – Mid-60s
• Rain chances – The forecast calls for a sunny day and mostly clear overnight conditions.

Sunday

• High – Around 80
• Low – Mid- to upper 60s
• Rain chances – Forecasters anticipate a mostly sunny day and a mostly cloudy evening.

Monday kicks off the workweek with slightly cooler temperatures anticipated and a slight chance of showers.
