Javic Homes has partnered with Wine Cellar Specialists of Florida to bring a custom wine room to the Tampa Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home opening March 27, 2014.

The wine cellar utilizes some unique features to keep the wine at the optimal temperature and humidity, including an advanced HVAC system and superior spray foam insulation. The team at Wine Cellar Specialists of Florida has worked closely with Tampa custom home builder, Javic Homes, during nearly every stage of construction in order to ensure that the wine cellar is a functional and unique feature of the Showcase Home.
The cellar, which is directly off the dining room, will feature a natural stone floor along with a custom stained door. The focal point of the cellar will be an entire wall of shelving for wine bottles that extends to nearly 9 feet high. Once completed, the cellar will hold nearly 600 bottles of wine.

The 2014 Tampa Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home is a 5,000 square foot West Indies style home located on the waterfront of the Beach Park neighborhood in South Tampa.
