Dunedin Wines The Blues
The Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association will present the 29th annual Dunedin Wines the Blues Saturday, Nov. 9 from noon to 11 p.m. along Douglas Avenue and Main Street in downtown Dunedin.
Festival guests will enjoy national, regional and local blues music and can purchase wines from a variety of vendors. There will also be food vendors as well as food from Dunedin's award-winning restaurants.

The festival is free but attendees can purchase a VIP Experience that includes unlimited wine, beer and hors dâoeuvres in a lounge setting.
Sponge Docks Seafood Festival
The 32nd annual Sponge Docks Seafood Festival will continue along Dodecanese Boulevard in Tarpon Springs Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event will include seafood, more than 60 local and regional artisans, craftsmen and other vendors selling nautical and food-related art, crafts, fishing apparel, kitchen and cooking items, food samples, continuous live music and more.
Historic Tarpon Springs is famous not only for the worldâs finest sponges, but also for some of the best Greek restaurants, markets and bakeries in the country. This outdoor festival is hosted by The Tarpon Springs Merchants Association.
Cars And Couture
On Saturday, Nov. 9, Cars and Couture will host a Rally for Hope cruise and brunch for Autism Speaks from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration includes brunch, T-shirts, photo ops, a kids' cruise and rally. All cars are welcome. The cost to participate in the rally is $55 per vehicle and driver. The cost for the car, driver, passenger, brunch and a T-shirt is $75. The event includes a tour of Icon Aircraft at the Peter O'Knight Airport.
Cars & Couture will also host a Vintage Motor Classic car show Sunday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the St. Pete Yacht Club.
More than 300 cars of all makes and models will be on display. This show is free to spectators. Kids and pets are welcome.
Tampa Greek Festival
The 38th annual Tampa Greek Festival at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 2418 W. Swann Ave. in South Tampaâs Hyde Park, will continue Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 9-10.
The festival will feature dishes like Greek lamb, gyros, herb lemon chicken, baklava, kourambiedes and koulourakia along with live music by Greek bouzouki band John Demas & the Omega Project. St. Johnâs Glendi Dance Groups will perform all weekend.
There also will be made-to-order Greek coffee and a full bar with signature Greek drinks.
The bakaliko, or neighborhood market, will feature traditional pantry items essential to every well-stocked Greek kitchen, and the Mediterranean Open Air Market will showcase jewelry, clothes and more.
This family event includes a childrenâs play zone. Guided tours of St. Johnâs will give visitors an opportunity to experience the luminescent iconography and symbolism of this ancient Christian faith. Tours will be led by the Rev. Stavros Akrotirianakis and pastoral assistant Charlie Hambos.
The cost is $2 per person at the door. Hours are Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entry is free for military families and children under 12 years old. Parking is free.
Gimme Shelter, An Epic Event!
The Court of Monkeys will host âGimme Shelter, An Epic Event!â Saturday, Nov. 9 from noon to 8 p.m. at the Gill Dawg Event Center in Port Richey, with all proceeds benefiting the Coalition for the Homeless of Pasco County.
It will include live bands, the 10-Class Full Throttle Bike Show on the Bayou, a comedy show, a DJ, games, 50/50 prizes, raffles, corn hole and other activities. Food will be available for purchase.
There is no admission but donations at the door will be appreciated.
Among the bands performing will be The Bearded Brothers Band, Monkey Bone, and Barefoot Bob & The Hope. Entertainment will include comedian Dan Richardson âWorldâs Tallest Midget."

Tampa Bay Heart Walk
The 2019 Tampa Bay Heart Walk hosted by the American Heart Association will take place Saturday, Nov. 9 at Raymond James Stadium, 4201 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the walk takes place at 9 a.m. The Heart Walk is a family- and dog-friendly 1-mile or 3.1-mile walk. There will be a vendor expo with interactive activities and a short program. Registration is available on the association's website
This event will be the first community stop for the inaugural Empower PAD screening, a new traveling mobile health unit program to raise awareness of and screen individuals for risk of peripheral artery disease The mobile health unit will visit 75 communities on the East Coast over the next year to educate the public about PAD. The screenings are free.
Temple Terrace Arts & Crafts Festival
More than 10,000 arts and crafts lovers are expected to attend the 46th annual Temple Terrace Arts & Crafts Festival Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 9-10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in historic Woodmont Park, 407 Woodmont Ave., Temple Terrace.
In addition to fine arts, handmade crafts, the juried show includes the largest exhibit of elementary and middle school art and photography in the state, as well as an opportunity for the public to participate in an art project titled "See Me!"
A time-honored Temple Terrace tradition, the first Arts & Crafts Festival in 1973 included a few paintings displayed on easels. This year the Temple Terrace Arts Council expects more than 100 entries. New to the festival is a culinary arts category, which will include locally made savory and sweet sauces, candies, baked goods and more.
See Me!, this year's public arts project, asks festival-goers to create a self-portrait using pencil, paint or assembling a face using a collage technique. Finished portraits will be framed and displayed at the Family Recreation Complex.
The Temple Terrace Mayor's Youth Leadership Council, now in its second year, also will give attendees an opportunity to get in touch with their creative side by decorating pillowcases that will be used to package donated toiletries and other small gifts to be delivered to a shelter for victims of human trafficking.
The art of music and dance will be featured as well with live performances ranging from singer/songwriter Charlie Imes to Fran's Swinging Dancers to a Cantabile Ensemble.
