Workweek Weather: What to Expect

It won’t be quite “cold” in the Tampa Bay area this week, but forecasters say the mild conditions from the weekend are expected to stick around for a bit.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday’s high in the low 80s and sunny conditions will be followed up by a low in the upper 60s in the overnight hours. Tuesday is expected to be a near repeat with temperatures only rising slightly and rain chances mostly non-existent.

Here’s how the rest of the workweek is expected to pan out:

Wednesday

• High temperature – Mid-80s
• Low temperature – Around 70 in most of the Bay area
• Rain chances – Not in the forecast

Thursday

• High temperature – Mid-80s
• Low temperature – Around 70
• Rain chances – Not in the forecast

Friday

• High temperature – Mid-80s
• Low temperature – Around 70
• Rain chances – Not in the forecast

As of Monday afternoon, forecasters anticipated the mild conditions and low rain chances to stick around through the weekend. Keep in mind this is Florida and weather can sometimes turn on a dime.
