Missing St. Pete Man Found Safe In Clearwater

An 18-year-old man who went missing from his St. Pete home has been found safe with the help of Pasco County Sheriff's Office, police say.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — An 18-year-old man who went missing on Monday night from St. Petersburg has been located and is safe, St. Petersburg Police Department said.

Authorities said Clearwater Police Department and Pasco County Sheriff's Office assisted in the search.

An 18-year-old man did not return to his St. Petersburg home after he walked away from its location in the 500 block of 45th Street South on Monday evening, St. Petersburg police said.

Authorities say Lance Orshal was last seen around 10 p.m. in Clearwater at 525 Clark Street, and he had on a Marvel Comics "Green Lantern" T-shirt and gray shorts.

Officials are concerned about his safety because investigators said he requires supervision.
