90-Year-Old Man Dies Following Accident On 62nd Avenue North
A 90-year-old man has died from injuries sustained during an accident Sunday evening.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 90-year-old man has died from injuries sustained during an accident Sunday evening.
According to St. Petersburg Police, at 6:10 p.m. Sunday, the man was driving a Lincoln sedan west on 62nd Avenue North when he ran the red light at 1st Street North and crashed into a Toyota pickup truck that was headed north on 1st Street North and attempting to make a left turn onto 62nd Avenue.
The 90-year-old man was transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg where he died Monday morning. His name isn't being released until next of kin has been notified.
