Annalisa Weller joins Coastal Properties Group International

Clearwater, FL (August, 2014) Coastal Properties Group International/Christie’s International Real Estate announced that Annalisa Weller has joined the firm as a Real Estate Advisor.

Ms. Weller has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Coastal, she spent 7 years with Prudential Tropical (currently Berkshire Hathaway). She is a founding member, former chair & current board member of the Pinellas International Council, and also serves on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization, French American Business Council of West Florida, British American Business Council of Tampa Bay, Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, and the International Travel Writers & Photographers Alliance.

Weller specializes in marketing and selling waterfront properties, working with international buyers & sellers, first-time home buyers, vacation and second home buyers in St Petersburg, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Pasadena, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, Gulfport, and Tierra Verde.
