Newsome told police that she was on the porch of a home on Fifth Avenue North in St. Petersburg around 10 p.m., while three children, including the baby, were inside.
Not long after arriving at the home, she was told “that something was wrong with” the boy, who “began to turn blue,” according to the affidavits.
