Sunrise Beach Yoga
Sunrise Beach Yoga morning class. Join Madeira Beach Yoga for an earlier start time on August 7 for this all-levels yoga class on the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf. Honor the morning as the sun starts its daily ritual rising behind you.
Dress in comfy, weather appropriate clothes for you. The early morning class is often accompanied by a gentle Gulf breeze and a quieter beach ambience.
$19 single class pass, included with multi class passes. As with all of our classes, pre-registration is required for all students in each class.
Please bring a beach towel for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Allow yourself plenty of time to arrive, pay to park, walk onto the beach and get situated on the sand.
Park on the north (right) side of the Snack Shack and walk onto the beach using the northernmost entryway. You will see our instructor near the shoreline with a Yoga sign.
