Child Porn Found On St. Pete Man's Google Account: Police

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested a 26-year-old man in St. Pete on charges of possession of child pornography.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A St. Petersburg man was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography on Tuesday, authorities said.

James Fulop, 26, confessed to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office that he had viewed child pornography, a police news release said.

An investigation began in April after authorities received a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities said they got a search warrant for Fulop's Google account and discovered the child pornography images there. In addition to his Google account, detectives found child pornography images on other electronic devices that belonged to Fulop.
