Stack the Deck to Save Lives Charity Poker Tournament
This charity poker tournament Saturday, starting at 11 a.m., at Winners Circle Sportsbar & Grill in Lakeland raises money for Citizen CPR. This nonprofit agency in Polk County provides CPR, AED and First AID training courses.
Cannadelic Summer
This immersive “psychedelic” experience museum has interactive workshops, a consumer marketplace with over 50 vendors and exhibitors, plus expert speakers and discussion panels focused on the science, business and culture of cannabis and psychedelic medicine. It takes place Saturday, noon to midnight, at The Factory St. Pete.
Slumber Pawty at Humane Society
Groups are invited to have a fun night in the Humane Society of Tampa Bay shelter getting a shelter tour, playing games and doing age-appropriate activities. And, of course, spending time with shelter pets. A slumber pawty is perfect for girl and boy scout troops and birthday parties. The event starts Saturday, 7 p.m., and ends Sunday, 8 a.m.
Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival
More than 25 ice cream and frozen dessert vendors will set up at the St. Pete Pier Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., for the Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival.
