The top half of Mayor Ken Welch’s City Hall Stars proved to be too much for the Three Quarter Century Softball Club’s Kids and Kubs on Saturday, February 12, at North Shore Park in St Petersburg.

The top seven batters in the contest for the Hall Stars scored ten runs, five runs in the first and third innings, and never looked back as the Kids and Kubs offense could muster only six runs in response over the seven innings of play.

TASCO Teens, with youth and speed together with timely hitting, scored a well earned 17-6 victory over Kids and Kubs in the preliminary contest held prior to the featured Mayor's game.
