Country Bar Ride ‘Em Cowboy Opening In Grand Central District
Ride 'Em Cowboy, a country-themed bar, is coming soon to St. Petersburg's Grand Central District.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A new country-themed bar is opening in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central District.
Ride ‘Em Cowboy teased on its Facebook page that it’s “coming soon.”
It will take over the space previously occupied by Mixers at Old Key West Bar and Grill at 2451 Central Ave. Mixers put its business on the market for $649,000 in December and closed June 26, right after St. Pete Pride’s street festival in the district.

The 3,420-square-foot space came turn-key ready for a new owner, according to the KW Commercial listing for Mixers. It came with an oversized grease trap, a commercial kitchen hood exhaust system and a triple sidewalk perfect for additional café seating, the listing said.
Not many other details have been provided about Ride ‘Em Cowboy though a new mural by the Vitale Bros. is being painted on the side of the building.
