ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A 31-year-old woman is facing charges of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle following a dispute with another driver at the entrance to Brandywine Apartments, 6803 16th Place N.

At 7:19 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, Randall Albritton, 45, and Evelyn Briggle, 31, both tried to enter the apartment complex entrance at the same time.

They argued over who had the right of way and Briggle reportedly threw coffee onto Albritton’s car. When he got out to check the damage, police say Briggle backed up and her car hit Albritton.
