Chef to Host Cooking Demonstration and Radio Broadcast at Local Culinary Showroom

Chef Elizabeth Dougherty from Food Nation Radio Network™, will join a surprise guest to perform a free cooking demonstration and Craft Beer tasting at the new Grand Kitchen & Bath Culinary Showroom on Thursday, February 24^th from 6pm to 8pm.

The live cooking demonstration and radio broadcast, themed for the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday, is the first in the new KraftMaid showroom at the 3,000 sq ft Grand Kitchen & Bath location. The new culinary showroom allows for cooking seminars in a wide variety of cuisines and styles which are scheduled to be held on a monthly basis.

Guests will discover the true cuisine of Ireland through the St. Patrick's Day menu; items include selected Craft Beers, Beef Wellington Puff Pastries, Beer Cheese Soup, Caramelized Corn Beef & Cabbage and a Bailey’s Chocolate Surprise.

Elizabeth Dougherty has been cooking and writing about food intensively for more than ten years. She is the fourth generation of chefs and gourmet grocers in her family with her mother, Francesca Esposito and grandmother, Carmella being major influences in her early cooking years. Her radio show, Food Nation, airs every Saturday morning at 9am on WTAN, WDCF, WORL and KLRG.
