The Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Association (HONNA) invites parents to bring their children in costume by the real-estate office tonight to have their photos taken.
Volunteers will judge the costumes by the photos, and the winners' pictures will be placed on HONNA's Web site.
NOTE: Because curbside parking becomes scarce during evening hours, organizers say there is no need to come inside the office for the photo; they will be glad to take your child's picture by your car.
