Chef Elizabeth Dougherty from Food Nation Radio Network™, will perform a free cooking demonstration and tasting themed for the upcoming Cinco de Mayo holiday at the Grand Kitchen & Bath Culinary Showroom on Wednesday, April 27th from 5pm to 7pm.
Guests will sample cuisine through the Mexican menu including homemade Tortillas, Salsa Verde, Red Salsa, Shredded Pork Tostadas with Black Beans and Cotija Cheese, and other surprise treats.
Elizabeth Dougherty has been cooking and writing about food intensively for more than ten years. Her radio show, Food Nation, airs every Saturday morning at 9am on WTAN, WDCF, WORL and KLRG.
