Pier Aquarium: Celebrity Critter of the Week

Each week the Pier Aquarium will select one marine animal as the focus of its Celebrity Critter of the Week. In celebration of the 2010 Year of the Ocean, December will highlight a special holiday selection of aquatic critters.Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about its favorite foods, behaviors in the wild and captivity, appearance as well as native environment and other scientific facts. Take part in a variety of fun, hands-on activities, arts-and-crafts and short lectures related to marine life. The program is free with regular aquarium admission.
