About 30 local bartenders compete for cash and other prizes in this event, pouring five shots, four mixed drinks and specialty cocktails over three rounds. Judges will evaluate them for both speed and accuracy.
Also competing are about 15 bar backs who will wash and ice glasses, as well as garnish drinks.
The competition begins at 5pm, complete with music by the Jeremy Thomas Band and the Josh Magwood Band.

All tips will benefit the West Florida 'Y' Runners Club, a nonprofit group that provides scholarships to high-school students.
