There were no injuries in the blaze. No one was home at the time of the fire because the family that lives there has temporarily relocated while it’s under renovation.

“This unfortunate incident has added to the challenges faced by a resident in the midst of renovating their home after the hurricane’s destructive impact,” the agency said in a news release, according to reports.

Neighbors said the flames shot high into the air.

“I looked over here and it's completely engulfed in flames,” Aster Luu, who lives next door, told Bay News 9.

There’s no evidence that the fire was caused by the renovation, Lt. Garth Swingle with SPFR told the Tampa Bay Times/.
