From 4th Street to MLK, Business Groups Meet This Week

ST. PETERSBURG - Some of the city's prime shopping districts will hold meetings this week. These groups largely are composed of locally based, small business owners. The groups network and strategize on enhancing economic opportunities in their districts.

• 4th Street Business Association: This active business group will have a morning networking event on Wednesday, from 7-8:30 a.m. at St. Pete Bagel, 7043 4th St. North. The get-together is free for members and only $10 for non-members.
• MLK Business Association: The group meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Petersburg Free Clinic, 863 Third Ave. North.
• Grand Central District Association: The group will have its monthly meet-and-greet on Tuesday, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Violet's Vanity Boutique, 2327 Central Ave. The meetings are held at a different Grand Central locale each month.
