Name of owner(s):  Tony Anderson, Gordon Spoor, Bob Riley.

In business since: 1997 (CPA firm that we were started out of has been around since 1974).

 How long have you lived in the area? Tony has been in the area for 15 years.  Gordon Spoor is a Lakewood High graduate and has been in St. Pete for 45 years.  Bob Riley is also a longtime resident having been in the area since 1979. 

What do you love about living and working in our town? Our firm moved from central St. Pete to the downtown area at the start of 2011. We love being downtown and interacting with the local businesses that surround us. We are constantly discovering great food venues that are within walking distance. We currently love Burrito Boarder, Lonni’s Cafe, & Parkshore Grill.

What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you? We strive to offer what we call “white glove service”. This is service that is personal, genuine, and continuous. Our goal with each client is to develop a relationship that will last long term. 

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: We had a recently widowed client come to us looking for help with her portfolio. Her husband had handled the money and now that he was gone she needed help. We worked with her to determine her goals and purpose for the investments and created a strategy that reflected her goals. 

We met with her frequently to help make the transition easier for her and answered any questions that came up along the way. She has been a client since 2010 and we continue to walk with her and communicate with her frequently. She appreciates the personal level of service that we continue to provide.
