ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg Police have arrested a 16-year-old Gibbs High School 10th-grader for making repeated threats to "shoot up the whole school" in front of students and adults.

He has been charged with making a false report concerning the use of a firearm/bomb to conduct bodily harm (felony).
