Halfacre Construction Company prequalifies for Collier County Public Schools construction management projects

Halfacre Construction was recently prequalified as a construction management firm for future Collier County Public Schools projects.

Halfacre Construction Company (HalfacreConstruction.com), the area’s oldest, most established, locally owned and operated private commercial construction company, was recently prequalified as a potential construction management firm for future Collier County Public Schools projects.

The company was named a prequalified contractor for construction services, meaning Halfacre Construction Company will be considered for upcoming school projects.

Halfacre Construction Company was recognized at a school board meeting on May 10. The contract starts July 1, 2016 and will be active until June 30, 2017. The multi-year prequalification also has the option of two additional years.

Halfacre Construction Company provided general contracting services on multiple projects for the district from 2010-13 and has provided services for many other top school districts in Florida, including Hillsborough, Palm Beach, Lee, Manatee and Dade counties.
