ST. PETERSBURG, FL — An iconic St. Petersburg restaurant dating back to the 1960s has hit the market.
The owners of Kissin’ Cuzzins are asking $2.49 million for both the business and its property at 951 34th Street N., according to a new listing from Coldwell Banker Realty.
The restaurant has been owned by the same owners — the Rice family — since it was built. It celebrated its grand opening in 1961, the listing reads.

Gerry Rice, son of Kissin’ Cuzzins’ founder, has worked in the family business for more than 50 years and is about to retire.
The asking price includes the land, 34,000-square-foot building, business, all commercial kitchen equipment, security system, furniture and fixtures, according to the listing.

The restaurant sits on a ¾-acre parcel on bustling 34th Street and boasts plenty of on-site parking.
