Man Dies When Car Overturns On Interstate 275 Entrance Ramp

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — An Allentown, Pennsylvania man died Friday afternoon following a crash on the Interstate 375 entrance ramp to Interstate 275.

At 4:28 p.m., Nicholas Pelak, 31, was traveling on the entrance ramp in a Kia Sorrento when he lost control, overturned and was ejected from the car. As the Kia overturned, it collided with an Audi driven by Conrad P. Calara, 69, of Palmetto, who was traveling north on I-275.

Pelak died at the scene. Calara was not injured.
