Motorcyclist Hit By City Of St. Pete Truck Has Critical Injuries

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A city of St. Petersburg truck hit a motorcyclist shortly after 1 p.m. May 6 at the intersection of 5th Avenue North and 31st Street North, according to a St. Petersburg Police Department press release. EMS took him to a local hospital with critical injuries.

Police closed the intersection off for several hours as they conducted a crash investigation. No word on the victim's condition.
