Motorcyclist Killed In Crash On Ulmerton Road
St. Petersburg Police are investigating a fatal crash on Ulmerton Road in the Carillon area.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- St. Petersburg Police are investigating a fatal crash on Ulmerton Road in the Carillon area.
Shortly after 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, a Toyota Yaris heading west on Ulmerton Road turned in front of a Kawasaki motorcycle that was eastbound on Ulmerton.
The motorcycle driver, Kevin J. Charles, 38, of Ruskin, died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.

The Yaris driver, Robyn V. Pearce, 26, of Tampa, was taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
No impairment is suspected to have played a part in the crash.
