Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In St. Pete Crash

A motorcyclist is in serious condition following a crash at 18th Avenue South and 16th Street South in St. Petersburg Monday, Nov. 12.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- A motorcyclist is in serious condition following a crash at 18th Avenue South and 16th Street South in St. Petersburg Monday, Nov. 12.

According to St. Petersburg Police, at 12:30 a.m., a black 1998 Honda motorcycle, driven by Bruzenski M. Wilson, 38, was traveling south on 16th Street South when it ran a red light at 18th Ave. South and struck a silver 2007 Nissan Altima, driven by Verquashia R. Johnson, 26, that was traveling west on 18th Avenue South.

Wilson was transported from the scene to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with life-threatening injuries.
