Neal Signature Homes hires area sales manager

Lakewood Ranch-based semi-custom luxury homebuilder Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), has hired Jeff Eslinger to manage sales teams in Sarasota, Manatee, Apollo Beach and Lakewood Ranch.

As an area sales manager, Eslinger will oversee sales teams in communities including MiraBay, River Wind, The Inlets, Wildgrass, Provence and The Highlands, Collingtree, Windy Hill, Highfield and Haddington in Country Club East.

Eslinger, who was born and raised in Sarasota, has 40 years of experience in residential homebuilding. In 1976, he started working part-time with his father as a carpenter and jobsite superintendent.

For 34 years, he worked with his father, brother and sister, running and operating Eslinger Homes, a residential homebuilding company in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Eslinger was the director of sales for the company and also handled marketing and land acquisition.

He is a certified new home specialist and has served on the board of directors for Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities for the past 16 years, acting as board chairman from 2005-07. Eslinger is also the past president and a life director of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association.

Eslinger is a father of three who has been married for 21 years. In his spare time, he coaches football for the Sarasota Sun Devils and coaches baseball for Central Sarasota County Little League.
