Northeast High Student Arrested For Bringing BB Gun In Backpack

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg Police arrested a 15-year-old Northeast High School student Monday after discovering a BB gun in his backpack.

An anonymous call was placed to the school's administration reporting the student, and administrators called the police.

The teen faces a third-degree felony charge for possession of a weapon on campus.
