Lee knows a thing or two about what’s hot in flooring. With years of experience remodeling condos, Rohner has seen a smooth transition into ownership of a franchise famous for its mobile flooring showroom which provides thousands of flooring options straight to customers’ doorsteps.

Although 29 years of Rohner’s career was spent as a project manager in the telecommunications industry, Rohner always loved interior design. That love inspired Rohner to remodel condos for the purpose of eventually reselling them, leaving her personal touch on each and every one. This passion for interior design coupled with her extensive experience in project management, she says, led her to the obvious conclusion to make it her full-time career. “When you remodel a home with the intent to resell it, you really have to have an appreciation its aesthetics,” says Rohner. “Having an eye for the kind of flooring that fits with the décor was crucial to the success I had before I owned a Floor Coverings International franchise and it’s even more crucial now.”

But with Floor Coverings International, Rohner, working with husband, partner and certified Florida contractor Chris Boyll, provides more than just flooring options that are visually appealing. Rohner’s business also provides eco-friendly flooring options, installation services and consultations.
