• Police searching for driver after pickup truck seriously injures 2 pedestrians in St. Petersburg: SPPD (tampabay28.com) — Two pedestrians were seriously injured when a white pickup hit them and fled from the intersection of 40th Avenue North and 49th Street North in St. Petersburg late Friday night. Both young adults are now in stable condition at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, and police are asking anyone who may recognize the damaged white single-cab truck to contact SPPD as the investigation continues.
