Police Seek Information On Robber Who Shot Man, Stole Car

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened around 11:30pm Monday at a laundromat in the 8100 block of 4th St. N.

A36-year-old man was shot in the parking lot and his black 2008 Ford Mustang stolen. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe this robber may have been involved in a carjacking at the same location on Aug. 26. In that case, a man was loading laundry into his car when the robber pointed a gun at him and demanded his keys.
