Rain, Cooler Weather Heading to Tampa Bay
Storms are expected to start moving into the area early in the week.

Tampa Bay area residents hoping for a break from 90-degree days are going to get it this week, but there’s a price attached. A cold front moving into the area is expected to bring some rain along with it.
Rain chances begin to creep into the forecast Monday night and stick around through Wednesday. The strongest chance for storms is Tuesday when forecasters at the National Weather Service say there is a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms throughout the day and nighttime hours. Rain chances drop to about 50 percent Wednesday during the day and to 10 percent overnight.
Thursday and Friday are anticipated to bring clear conditions and sunshine.
