Seminole Man Charged With First-Degree Murder In Mother’s Death: Sheriff
A Seminole man was charged with first-degree murder for fatally stabbing his 82-year-old mother, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.

SEMINOLE, FL — A Seminole man has been charged with first-degree murder after his mother was found fatally injured inside a home on 86th Avenue N. on Monday afternoon, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded to the home just after 4 p.m. Aug. 10 after receiving multiple 911 calls about an injured man.
When deputies arrived, they found 52-year-old Jason Suhadolnik being treated by paramedics, the sheriff’s office said.

Inside the home, deputies found Suhadolnik’s 82-year-old mother, Patty Suhadolnik, on the kitchen floor.
Both were taken to a hospital, where his mother was pronounced dead, the sheriff’s office said.

Detectives determined that a violent altercation involving a knife had occurred, resulting in fatal injuries to Patty Suhadolnik and injuries to her son’s hands, investigators said.
Jason Suhadolnik was charged with first-degree murder and violation of probation.
He remained hospitalized as of Wednesday and will be taken to the Pinellas County Jail after his release.
