ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Just weeks away from Halloween, businesses and organizations throughout St. Petersburg are getting spooky for the season.

Check out these upcoming Halloween events for both families and adults.

St. Pete Pier Pumpkin Patch

When: Through Oct. 16, hours vary

Where: St. Pete Pier

Admission: Free

This traditional pumpkin patch has more than 5,000 pumpkins from small to giant for purchase, as well as photo opportunities and other activities.


Edgey Halloween

When: Oct. 21, 8 p.m.

Where: Nova, 535 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N.

Admission: Tickets start at $10 per person

This event features the Shiso Crispy food truck, burlesque and fire dancing, costume contests, and more. A portion of proceeds benefit The Last Prisoner Project.


Haunted Cabaret

When: Oct. 21, 8 to 10 p.m.; Oct. 22, 7:30 to 9 p.m. and 10 to 11:30 p.m.; and Oct. 23, 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Where: Studio Grand Central & The Off-Central Players, 2260 1st Ave. S.

Admission: $35 per person

Featuring the music of “Rocky Horror Picture Show” and other classic Halloween songs.


Monster’s Brawl

When: Oct. 21, 8 to 11 p.m.

Where: 601 14th Street S.

Admission: Free

Wrestling show presented by Tampa Bay Pro Wrestling and Dream Women’s Wrestling.


Hauntizaar Halloween Art Bazaar

When: Oct. 22, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: The Studio@620.

Admission: Free

Hauntizaar Halloween and Day of the Dead Arts Bazaar bring together the best local dark arts for your shopping pleasure.


Haunted Hike

When: Oct. 22, 6 to 9 p.m.

Where: St. Petersburg’s Euclid St. Paul neighborhood.

Admission: $8 per adult, $5 per child

This family-friendly haunted tour features decorated homes, interactive scenes, candy giveaways and a block party. Funds raised are donated to charity.


Bar Crawl Nation: St. Pete Halloween

When: Oct. 22, 6 p.m.

Where: Sign in at One Night Stand, 149 1st Ave. N., by 9 p.m.

Admission: $19.99 per person

This costumed bar crawl offers exclusive specials, free cover, spooky giveaways at various downtown St. Petersburg bars.


Lecture: Dali’s Ghosts

When: Oct. 27, 6 to 7 p.m.

Where: The Dali Museum, One Dali Blvd.

Admission: Free

This Halloween-themed lecture by Peter Tush, curator of education at the museum, will explore the spectral domain of Dali’s art.


Read No More: St. Pete Murder House

When: Oct. 28-29, tours at 6, 7, 8 and 9 p.m.

Where: South St. Petersburg address disclosed to ticketholders

Admission: $18 per person

Tour a series of short, scary plays to learn about the hauntings and history of the St. Pete Murder House. Each play is written and produced by teams of local writers and actors.


“Rocky Horror Picture Show” Party

When: Oct. 28-29, 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: No Vacancy, 937 Central Ave.

Admission: Free

Featuring drink specials, costume contests with prizes, and the sounds of DJ Danny Vintage and DJ CyberMousey.


Nun-O-Ween Halloween Party & Costume Contest

When: Oct. 29, 7 p.m.

Where: Salty Nun, 2501 Central Ave.

Admission: Free

Featuring a costume contest and music from DJ Shannon C.


La Luchaween

When: Oct. 29, 8 p.m.

Where: The Palladium at St. Petersburg College.

Admission: $20 per adult, $10 per child.

This evening of music and film features the ghastly trio, La Lucha, scoring classic horror films of the silent film era. This event is hosted by Eugenie Bondurant.


Creature Feature Halloween Drag & Burlesque Show

When: Oct. 29, 8 p.m.

Where: Overflow Brewing Company

Admission: Free

Features frighteningly fun performances by Nilla Bean, Mister Cister, Taryn Hearts and Sorcha Mercy. Dress up for the costume contest; winner gets a bar tab.


Halloween on Central 2

When: Oct. 30, noon to 5 p.m.

Where: Central Avenue will shut down to cars from MLK to 31st Street for a massive Halloween block party.

Admission: Free to attend block party (check local businesses for specific events)

Last year’s event drew more than 70,000 people.
