St. Pete Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 72-Year-Old Woman
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has arrested a St Petersburg man accused of sexually assaulting a 72-year-old woman.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has arrested a St Petersburg man accused of breaking into a home and sexually assaulting a 72-year-old woman.
According to sheriff's office, the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The victim said a man broke into her home, exposed himself and then forced her to the floor where he began to sexually batter her.
Deputies say a neighbor heard the woman screaming, ran over and began banging on the window, causing the man to flee from the home on foot.

Another neighbor followed the attacker and relayed his whereabouts to deputies.
Wilbert Henderson, 59, of the 2800 block of 42nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious battery on an elderly person and burglary of an occupied dwelling.

The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment.
